Calacatta Oro — Edge Profile Detail
Your edges will
never chip.
We use a 7-axis CNC router and hand-finish every profile with 400-grit diamond pads. The result is an edge that can take a cast-iron skillet corner and shrug.

CNC router precision — tolerances held to ±0.5mm
Diamond hand-finish on every linear foot of edge
Written warranty against chipping, cracking, separation
Your seams will
disappear.
Color-matched epoxy, veining alignment down to the millimeter, and a final buff that makes the joint invisible. Go ahead — look for it.

Find the seam.
There are two in this kitchen.

Veining matched across both slabs before cutting
Colour-matched two-part epoxy, mixed on-site
Final grind and polish flush to adjacent surface
Ten days from
measure to morning coffee.
No subcontractors. No callbacks. Our crew measures, fabricates, and installs — the same four people, start to finish.

Day 1 — 90 minutes on-site
Template & Measure
We template every cutout with a digital laser measure. Sink, cooktop, faucet holes — nothing is assumed from a floor plan.

Day 2–4 — at our yard
Slab Selection
Walk our 8,000 sq ft indoor yard. See the full slab — not a 4-inch chip — under the same light your kitchen will have.

Day 5–8 — in our shop
Cut & Polish
CNC-routed to your template. Edge profiles hand-finished. Seams pre-fitted and color-matched before the truck is loaded.

Day 9–10 — back in your kitchen
Install & Inspect
Two-person install crew. We do not leave until the seams are invisible and you have run your hand across every edge.
